Quite possibly the best sport for your kids!

We motivate and challenge our students constantly and encourage them to develop their self-esteem and confidence. A judo class isn’t only a great way for your kid to channel his/her energy, but also to develop essential life skills.

    Intermediate Youth
    Ages 7-10

    Have Fun, Learn New Skills, Make Lasting Friendships

    Our classes are jam-packed with fun activities that encourage competitiveness and teach kids that they can only achieve success through hard work and determination. At the end of the day, they will develop not only a new set of skills that they can use throughout their life but also long-lasting friendships.

    JUNIORS
    Ages 11-18

    Our “Junior” programs are students from 11 years of age to 18 work not only on basic technique but now advance to higher levels of throws and grappling techniques.

    Also our club helps promote those interested in competitive judo. Locally and throughout the province our interested judokas are encouraged and supported to compete in judo tournaments and attend training camps.

    ADULT ALL LEVELS
    Ages 16+

    You’re never too old for judo

    Our adult class is geared towards a more technical low pace class. It’s a great class to learn a new skill as an adult, get great cardio, and have some fun, enroll in our Adults Judo Class.
